Cataract

Cataract is when the natural lens in your eye goes cloudy as you get older. This results in blurry vision but fortunately can be corrected with a cataract operation

Squint or Strabismus medical eye condition

A squint or strabismus is a medical eye condition where both eyes don’t point in the same direction.

Diplopia or double vision eye condition

Double Vision

Diplopia is the medical term for double vision. This is when you see two images, these can be present all the time or intermittently and can vary depending on which direction your eyes are looking in or if you are looking at objects close up or far away.

Amblyopia

Children’s vision continues to develop until approximately age 7; occasionally certain conditions can lead to the vision not developing properly and the child having a ‘lazy eye’
